Institutional Transformation & Accountability Committee
NURTURE is supported by an Institutional Transformation and Accountability Committee (ITAC) composed of Northwestern senior leadership and faculty. The ITAC champions NURTURE strategies for bolstering transformative culture change that will grow and sustain inclusive excellence. The ITAC is composed of three subcommittees: Leadership and Policy; Faculty Integration and Advancement; and Evaluation and Change Implementation. The ITAC is chaired by Richard D’Aquila, MD.
